As an administrator, developer or consultant working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), you may need to assess the performance of automations within a specific SFMC account.
Traditionally, one would navigate to Automation Studio to review the performance of these automations. However, what if you want to evaluate the performance of automations created at the Child Business Unit (BU), again drill down to the child BU and do the same ??
Thankfully, there’s a simpler solution!!
With just ONE click, you can access an extracted file containing essential information about all the automations across the entire account, including both root-level and Child BU-level.
The extracted file includes details such as:

🚀 Automation Customer Key
🚀 30-Day Success Rate (as a percentage)
🚀 30-Day Completion Count
🚀 30-Day Error Count
🚀 30-Day Skip Count
🚀 30-Day Run Count
🚀 12-Month Run Count

How to Extract?
1️⃣ Log in to the Root Account (Enterprise Account level).
2️⃣ Open 'Setup' page.
3️⃣ Scroll down to the 'Metrics Tile' area on the same page.
4️⃣ Click the ‘Download Automation History’ link under the automation section.
