Tailor Your Email Insights: Column and Filter Customization in Pardot List Email Report
Unlike other standard reports in Pardot, the list email report provides the user with an option to add/remove/re-arrange the columns in the report along with adding additional filters for each column selected.
Pardot Classic Path: Navigate to Reports > Marketing Assets > Emails > List Emails
Pardot Lightning Path : Access the Account Engagement Reports tab > Emails > List emails
The standard columns that are displayed when we access the list email report includes : name, sent date and count, bounces, delivery rate, total and unique clicks, unique CTR, campaign, tags.
- You have the option to get additional insights from the same report by selecting other columns such as: spam complaints, hard bounces, soft bounces, queued , opt outs, delivered, unique opens, open rate, total clicks etc.
To select which columns to view, click on funnel icon on the extreme right and click on ‘Columns’.
-You can also refine your results by adding a filter to the columns.
To add filters, click on the funnel icon next to the name of each column and click on ‘Add filter’.
- You can reset the table to show default columns, with no filter by clicking on the tools button and selecting ‘Reset table to default’.
- As with all the reports, you can do a CSV export of only the columns that you can view in the table or a full CSV export to get all the columns.
While most Pardot standard reports are pretty straightforward, this additional feature can help you customize and gather the precise information you need for one of the more widely used reports in the system.
